| Summary, etc. | The current study was conducted to determine the relationship of<br/>smartphone addiction with trunk position sense, fatigue and insomnia in <br/>adolescents. One hundred female adolescents aged from 17-18 years<br/>participated in the current study. They were selected from Faculty of <br/>Physical Therapy, Cairo University and Faculty of Physical Therapy, 6 <br/>October University.<br/> Baseline digital inclinometer, fatigue severity scale and insomnia <br/>severity index were used to assess trunk position sense, severity of fatigue <br/>and insomnia respectively.<br/>The results revealed that there was moderate positive significant<br/>correlation between smartphone addiction with trunk position sense (from <br/>flexion position) and severity of fatigue in addition to weak positive<br/>significant correlation between smartphone addiction and insomnia. <br/>While there was weak non-significant correlation between smartphone <br/>addiction and trunk position sense from right and left lateral bending<br/>positions. |

| Summary, etc. | 1. هناك حاجة إلى دراسة مستقبلية لتقييم تأثير إدمان الهواتف الذكية على استقبال الحس العميق والتعب والأرق لدى الأولاد المراهقين في فئات عمرية مختلفة.<br/>2. يوصى بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات لتقييم تأثير إدمان الهواتف الذكية على المستقبلات الحسية للفقرات الصدرية والمقارنة بين الأجزاء المختلفة في العمود الفقري بالإضافة إلى تقييم اضطراب المستقبلات الحسية في المفاصل الأخرى مثل المعصم.<br/>3. يوصى بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات لتقييم المستقبلات الحسية من بقية اتجاهات الظهر بما في ذلك الدوران الأيمن والأيسر.<br/>4. إجراء دراسات جديدة ذات تصميم طولي لتعميم البحث في المدارس والجامعات لاكتشاف وعلاج أي خلل مبكراً.<br/>عنوان البحث:<br/>علاقة إدمان الهواتف الذكية بالمستقبلات الحسية للجذع والإجهاد والأرق في المراهقين.<br/>الهدف من البحث:<br/>تهدف هذه الدراسه إلى تقييم العلاقة بين إدمان الهواتف الذكية والمستقبلات الحسية للجذع وشدة الإجهاد والأرق (إضطرابات النوم) لدى المراهقين. <br/>مواد البحث وأساليبه:<br/> شاركت مائة فتاه مراهقة في هذه الدراسة الحاليه حيث تراوحت أعمارهم من 17 إلى 18 عامًا . تم اختيارهم من كلية العلاج الطبيعي جامعة القاهرة وكلية العلاج الطبيعي جامعة 6 أكتوبر. تم استخدام جهاز مقياس الميل الرقمي ومقياس شدة التعب ومؤشر شدة الأرق لتقييم الاحساس بوضع الجذع وشدة التعب والأرق على التوالي. <br/><br/>النتائج:<br/> أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط إيجابي متوسط بين إدمان الهواتف الذكية ، والإحساس بوضع الجذع (أثناء الانحناء للأمام) ، وشدة التعب بالاضافة الى وجود ارتباط إيجابي ضعيف بين ادمان الهواتف الذكية والارق. بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين إدمان الهواتف الذكية والإحساس بوضع الجذع من الإنحناء الجانبي الأيمن و الأيسر.<br/> |
