Summary, etc. Microalgae are promising candidates for biodiesel production due to their rapid growth rate and high lipid content. However, effective cultivation methods and sufficient nutrient supply remain key challenges hindering large-scale production. This study investigates the utilization of ZnO, MgO, g-C3N4, MgO/g-C3N4, and ZnO/g-C3N4 nanoparticles (NPs) as nutrient sources to enhance chlorella sorokiniana growth and lipid accumulation for biodiesel production. The aim of our research is to evaluate the effectiveness of ZnO, MgO, g-C3N4, MgO/g-C3N4, and ZnO/g-C3N4 NPs as a source of nutrients for cultivating microalgae. We supplemented the chlorella sorokiniana microalgae cultures with a concentration of 15 mgL-1 of these NPs. We monitored key growth parameters such as cell density, biomass productivity, and lipid content throughout the experiment. Based on the initial findings, it has been observed that the introduction of ZnO, MgO, g-C3N4, MgO/g-C3N4, and ZnO/g-C3N4 NPs has a significant positive impact on both microalgae growth and lipid accumulation. ZnO NPs act as a source of zinc, an essential micronutrient for microalgae, g-C3N4 NPs possess unique physicochemical properties that enhance nutrient uptake and utilization.

Summary, etc. إن قدرة الطحالب الدقيقة على توليد كميات كبيرة من الدهون بمعدل نمو سريع جعلتها منتجة متفوقة للديزل الحيوي. ومن العوامل المهمة لتحديد نشاط الطحالب الدقيقة الأمثل هو الاستجابة البيولوجية للتغيرات في تركيز المعادن النزرة وكميتها. تم دراسة تأثير إضافة المواد الكيميائية التالية: أكسيد الحديديك بتركيز 1.2 ملغم/لتر، ثاني أكسيد المنغنيز بتركيز 1 ملغم/لتر، أكسيد المغنسيوم بتركيز 7.3 ملغم/لتر، وأكسيد الزنك بتركيز 5 ملغم/لتر. تم عمل خليط من جميع المواد المضافة بنفس التركيزات المذكورة. وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة وجد أن تركيزات الحديد والمنغنيز والمغنيسيوم والزنك لها تأثير كبير على نمو الطحالب وإنتاج الدهون. علاوة على ذلك، أنتج خليط جميع المواد المضافة أعلى نسبة دهون، وبالتالي أعلى إنتاج للديزل الحيوي بين جميع المعالجات.
