Summary, etc. Heat integration and optimal operating conditions are the most important methods used to increase the economic feasibility and success of operations. In gas treatment using amine solutions, there are many designs and processes available to separate hydrogen sulfide gas. Different operating conditions were studied in detail for a plant designed to process natural gas using a methyl diethanolamine solution to reach the ideal operating conditions and evaluate the current performance of the plant. Heat integration, and the design and construction of heat exchange networks were done to save energy and increase the profitability and economic feasibility of the target plant. The proposed amendments were also evaluated economically to measure and judge the feasibility of these amendments.

Summary, etc. يعتبر التكامل الحراري وظروف التشغيل المثالية من أهم الأساليب المتبعة لزيادة الجدوى الاقتصادية والنجاح للعمليات. فى معالجة الغاز باستخدام المحاليل الأمينية يوجد العديد من التصميمات والعمليات المتاحة لفصل غاز كبريتيد الهيدروجين. تمت دراسة ظروف التشغيل المختلفة بشكل مفصل لمحطة مصممة لمعالجة الغاز الطبيعى باستخدام محلول ميثيل ثنائي ايثانول أمين للوصول لظروف التشغيل المثالية وتقييم الأداء الحالي للمحطة. كما تم تطبيق التكامل الحراري باستخدام تقنية المكاملة الحرارية وتصميم وانشاء شبكات تبادل حراري لتوفير الطاقة وزيادة الربحية والجدوى الاقتصادية للمحطة المستهدفة. كما تم تقييم التعديلات المقترحة اقتصاديُا لقياس مدي جدوى هذه التعديلات والحكم عليها.
