| Summary, etc. | In our study we aimed to analyze both systolic and diastolic ventricular function as a complication of jak2 positive mutation MPN with correlation with JAK2 alleles burden as well as study other risk factors affecting heart function as DM, HTN, BMI, lipid profile, smoking. evaluate myocardial performance index (MPI) which reflects the combined systolic and diastolic performance of the ventricles by using conventional echocardiology and tissue doppler imaging (TDI) in patients with MPN. |
