| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this study was to compare the size of diabetic foot ulcers <br/>treated with red and infrared lasers, as well as collagen development as <br/>measured by histology (DFU). Fourty-five DFU patients, were divided into three <br/>groups of similar size. Laser treatment was administered in both a sequential <br/>beam mode (group A) and a distinct beam mode (group B). Both laser groups <br/>were given as much care as the placebo group. There were a total of twelve laser <br/>therapy sessions administered over the course of eight weeks; four in the first <br/>month, and eight in the second. Wound closure time, collagen production, and <br/>total wound surface area (WSA) were measured before and after therapy. The <br/>level of significance set at 0.05 was deliberate. Patients in Group A had <br/>significantly reduced WSAs after treatment compared to those in Groups B and <br/>C. (p 0.001). Treatment resulted in a higher decrease in WSA in group B than in <br/>group C. (p 0.01). Complete recoveries occurred in 60% of Group A patients, <br/>13.5% of Group B patients, and 0% of Group C patients. |

| Summary, etc. | الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم فاعليه العلاج بالليزر الاحمر وليزر الاشعه تحت الحمراء ذو الأطوال الموجية المختلفةعلى قرحة القدم السكري المزمنة.<br/>مواد واساليب البحث<br/>صُممت هذه الدراسة باعتبارها تجربة عشوائية ذات شواهد قبل / بعد دراسة أجريت على خمس واربعين مريضًا مصابًا بالسكري من النوع المعتمد على الأنسولين مع قرحة القدم السكرية المزمنة من الدرجة الثانية وفقًا لتصنيف فاغنر ، لكلا الجنسين وتتراوح أعمارهم بين 40-60 عامًا. اجريت هذه الدراسة على مرضى السكر وتم اختيارهم من القسم 29 من جراحة الأوعية الدموية والقدم السكري ، القصر العيني. وتم تقسيم المرضى الستين عشوائياً إلى 3مجموعات متساويه في العدد ، كل مجموعة تتكون من 15مريضاً:<br/>المجموعة (أ): تلقت العلاج بالليزر بأربعة أطوال موجية في الوضع المتزامن بالإضافة إلى العلاج التقليدي للعناية بالجروح والإبلاغ عن (التنضير ، وتنظيف بالمحلول الملحي ، والضماد اليومي) المجموعة (ب): تلقت العلاج بالليزر بأربعة أطوال موجية في وضع منفصل بالإضافة إلى العلاج التقليدي للعناية بالجروح والإبلاغ عن (التنضير ، وتنظيف بالمحلول الملحي ، والضماد اليومي). المجموعه (ج) : تلقت العلاج التقليدي للعناية بالجروح والإبلاغ عن (التنضير ، وتنظيف بالمحلول الملحي ، والضماد اليومي) بواقع جلستان اسبوعيا لمده الشهر الاول وجلسه واحده بالشهر الثاني<br/>الاستنتاجات <br/>العلاج بالليزر هو احد طرق العلاج الطبيعي الفعالة في علاج الجروح المزمنه ، حيث يوفر شفاء أفضل لقرح مرضى القدم السكري المزمنه ، مقارنة بالعلاجبالعناية بالجروح التقليدية وحدها. وُجد أن ليزر عالي الشده وخروج الاطوال الموجيه مع بعضها في نفس الحين وخروجها منفصله يعتبروا من أكثر الطرق فعالية لعلاج القدم السكري المزمنه ، حيث يقدم ليزر عالي الشده وخروج الاطوال الموجيه مع بعضها في نفس الحين أداءً فائقًا في حالة الاختراق العميق للانسجه وأهمية أقل من الوقت اللازم لتقديم نفس الجول / سم مقارنةً وخروجها منفصله المستخدمة في موقع الجرح.<br/><br/> |
