| Summary, etc. | أظهر التصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية للجهاز ا الهيكلي موثوقية الحصول على دقة رائعة، كونه متاحًا على نطاق واسع، وغير مكلف نسبيًا وصديق للأطفال في الممارسة الروتينية، ويتحمله الأطفال جيدًا دون الحاجة إلى التخدير وتجنب مخاطر الإشعاع. أظهر كل من المقياس الرمادي (GS) والدوبلر (PD) حساسية ، بالإضافة إلى السماح بالتقييم الديناميكي الهيكلي للمفاصل المتعددة في جلسة واحدة<br/>كان الغرض من دراستنا هو تحديد قدرة الموجات فوق الصوتية على تحديد الأوعية الدموية المشتركة المرتبطة بالعمر ودرجات التحجر الكمي في تقييم عمر الهيكل العظمي من خلال تطوير نهج موحد وموثوق به لدى الأطفال الأصحاء.<br/>و قدأجريت الدراسة على 122 أطفال أصحاء (العمر: 0-16 سنة). تم تكليف كل منهم بالخضوع الي التصوير باشعة السونار عالي الدقه من جانب واحد (الجانب الأيمن) لمفصل الكاحل، الركبة، المعصم والمفصل السنعي الثاني.<br/>استطاعت الموجات فوق الصوتية في هذه الد ارسة أن تكتشف أن درجة التعظم ترتبط لجميع المفاصل التي تم فحصها بشكل إيجابي مع زيادة العمر (P <0.001)، حيث اظهر عظم الكعبره الجانبي (بيرسون الارتباط = .979)، يليه عظم الفخذ الجانبي، والشظية القريبة، والشظية البعيدة أعلى ارتباط بين جميع العظام التي تم فحصها في الدراسه (ارتباط بيرسون = .978).<br/>وعلى أساس طريقة جروليش-بايل، أظهرت صور اشعة الموجات الصوتيه ارتباطًا ممتازًا.<br/>لم تظهِر موقع الأوعية الدموية أي ارتباط مع زيادة العمر (p>0.05)، الا في الشظية البعيدة حيث اعطت نتيجه (p=0.04), و عامة كان موقع الاوعيه الدمويه كان موقعها في المشاش الأكثر شيوعًا >50%. |
