Summary, etc. | Memristor is used as a synaptic weight storage element, implementing synaptic system. Different types of memristor can produce different numbers and types of resistance state which govern the weight values that can be stored on the memristor. <br/>A novel refreshment circuit for 2T1M neuromorphic synapse has been illustrated. The circuit gives a novel method to compensate the natural mismatch occurring in the generated square pulses that could destroy the stored weight after many cycles of operation.<br/>The memristor variability is mapped onto abstract models of the noisy and unreliable brain components. The stochastic memristor is an inherent source of variability in the neuron that allows it to produce spikes stochastically. TEAM stochastic memristor model is fitted to Simmons Tunnel Barrier model, and the VTEAM model is fitted to the Biolek model.<br/>A novel circuit design of a Memristor-based Time to Digital Converter based on the VTEAM model is proposed. |

Summary, etc. | يستخدم الميمريستور كعنصر تخزين لحالة المقاومة السابقة، ومحاكاة نظام المشبك العصبي. يمكن أن تنتج أنواع مختلفة من الميمريستور قادرة على إنتاج أعداد وأنواع مختلفة من المقاومة التي تحكم قيمة المقاومة التي يمكن تخزينها في الميمريستور. تم تنفيذ دائرة تصحيح جديدة للمشبك العصبي (2 ترانزيستور و 1 ميمريستور). تعطي الدائرة طريقة جديدة لتعويض عدم التطابق الطبيعي الذي يحدث في النبضات المربعة التي يمكن أن تدمر الحالة المخزنة بعد عدة دورات من التشغيل. يتم وضع المقاطعة محليًا، مما يعني عدم الحاجة إلى فصل المشبك عن الشبكة العصبية ليتم تحديثه. التغيرات في الميمريستور يتم محاكاتها على أنها نماذج مجردة لمكونات الدماغ الصاخبة وغير الموثوقة. يستخدم الميمريستور العشوائي كمصدر متأصل للتنوع في الخلايا العصبية التي تسمح لها بإنتاج طفرات عشوائية. وبذلك، يتم محاكاة الميمريستور العشوائي على أنه المشابك العشوائية ثنائية الاستقرار. تم تصميم دائرة جديدة للمحول الزمني إلى رقمي باستخدام الميمريستور استنادًا إلى الميمريستور التكيفي للحد الأدنى للجهد. |
