| Summary, etc. | The purposes of this study were to examine the validity of an iPhone <br/>inclinometer application (Clinometer +Bubble level) in measuring the lumbar <br/>joint repositioning error in patients with non-specific chronic low back pain at a <br/>target angle of 30˚ of lumbar flexion. In addition, to determine the application's <br/>intra- and inter-rater reliability in the same patients’ sample. <br/>Fifty-five NSCLBP patients (5 males and 50 females) participated in this <br/>study. The participants were examined by the main examiner and research <br/>assistant using isokinetic dynamometer and the iPhone application <br/>(Clinometer). <br/>The results revealed that iPhone application (Clinometer) is a valid <br/>alternative for isokinetic dynamometer in measuring active lumbar JPS in <br/>individuals with NSCLBP at target angle 30˚ of lumbar flexion. And, there were <br/>excellent inter-class reliability & excellent Intra-class reliability at target angle <br/>30˚ of lumbar flexion. <br/>Conclusion<br/> From the findings of the current study, it can be concluded that the iPhone <br/>application (Clinometer) is a valid alternative for the isokinetic dynamometer in <br/>measuring active lumbar joint position sense in individuals with non-specific <br/>chronic low back pain at target angle 30˚ of lumbar flexion. And, there were <br/>excellent intra-class reliability and excellent Inter-class reliability at target angle <br/>30˚ of lumbar flexion. <br/>56<br/>Recommendations<br/> 1. It is recommended that physical therapists consider assessing the joint <br/>position sense in patients with non-specific chronic low back pain and <br/>using (Clinometer) application for the measurement as it is a valid and <br/>reliable tool compared to the isokinetic. <br/>2. Future studies should consider the balance between males and females <br/>during sample collection. <br/>3. Future studies should conduct a better way of securing the mobile phone <br/>to the participants’ skin. <br/>4. Future studies should consider using (Clinometer) application to assess <br/>the lumbar joint position sense in patients with other problems than <br/>NSCLBP. <br/>5. Future studies should consider using (Clinometer) application to assess <br/>the joint position sense in other joints. |

| Summary, etc. | عنوان البحث:<br/>صلاحية وموثوقية تطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون لتقييم الإحساس المفصلي العميق في مرضى آلام أسفل الظهر<br/><br/>هدف البحث:<br/>تحديد صلاحية وموثوقية تطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون لتقييم الإحساس المفصلي العميق في مرضى آلام أسفل الظهر<br/>مجال البحث:<br/>المجال البشري: أجريت هذه الدراسة على خمس وخمسين متطوعا من الأشخاص الذين يعانون من آلام أسفل الظهر من كلا الجنسين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين18 إلى 45 عاما. وقدتم تسجيل التغير في مستوى الألم بواسطة مؤشر قياس مستوى الألم وتم قياس التغير في مستوى الحس العميق عن طريق جهاز الأيزوكينتكوتطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون.<br/><br/>اشتمل هذا البحث على ستة فصول:<br/>الفصل الأول:<br/>احتوى هذا الفصل على مقدمة البحث وتوضيح الهدف المنوط من أجله هذا البحث وكذلك توضيح الفائدة التي ستعود على المجال العلمي والعملي للعلاج الطبيعي، وعلى هذا تم تحديد المشكلة ثم تعريف محددات تلك التجربة وافتراضاتها الإحصائية.<br/>الفصل الثاني:<br/>احتوى هذا الفصل على تعريف آلام أسفل الظهر وأسبابها المختلفة. واحتوى أيضا على تعريف إحساس وضع المفصل وطرق تقييمه المختلفة وعلاقته بآلام أسفل الظهر والآثار المترتبة على عدم علاج مشاكله. كذلك احتوى على بعض الدراسات التي استخدمت تطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون لتقييم إحساس وضع المفصل.<br/>الفصل الثالث:<br/>احتوى هذا الفصل على شرح تفصيلي لعينة البحث والخطوات العملية التي تم اتخاذها للقيامبتقييم إحساس وضع المفصل باستخدام جهاز الايزوكينتك وتطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون عند الزاوية 30 °من ثني الظهر. كما يشمل شرح الوسائل والطرق التي استخدمت في إجراء هذه الرسالة وتوضيحها بالصور.<br/>الفصل الرابع:<br/>وقد احتوى هذا الفصل على التحليل الإحصائي وشرح نتائج البحث وقد تم صياغة النتائج والبيانات في شكل جداول ورسومات بيانية لسهولة الفهم.<br/> <br/>الفصل لخامس:<br/>وقد تم فيه مناقشة نتائج البحث ومدى تقاربها او ابتعادها عن نتائج الأبحاث العلمية الأخرى ذات الصلة.<br/>الفصل السادس:<br/>تضمن هذا الفصل تلخيص البحث ونتائجه والتي تدعم استخدام تطبيق الميل الرقمي في جهاز الايفون لتقييم وعلاج إحساس وضع المفصل عند مرضى بآلام أسفل الظهر عند الزاوية 30° من ثني الظهر. كما تضمن أيضا توصيات للأبحاث المقبلة.<br/>المراجع:<br/>اشتمل على حصر المراجع وعددها (107) والمجلات العلمية التي تم الاستعانة بها في إعداد هذه الرسالة.<br/><br/> |
