Summary, etc. Thirty-four participants in total were required for the study. The participants were divided into 2 groups: 17 received knee alignment-oriented balance exercises and 17 received conventional balance exercises. A two-dimensional video analysis was used to measure dynamic knee-valgus during a Single-Legged Drop Jump test by using The Kinovea software. Pain intensity was evaluated using a visual analog scale. Neuromuscular control and quadriceps strength were assessed by Biodex isokinetic machine Proprioception was assessed by dynamic postural stability using the Biodex Stability System (Biodex balance system). The current study determined that there is no substantial difference between knee alignment-oriented balance exercises and conventional balance exercises regarding all the study variables. pain and quadriceps strength effectively improved with both exercises and only knee alignment-oriented balance improved proprioception. However, both exercises didn’t improve neuromuscular control.

Summary, etc. <br/>اشتملت هذه الدراسة على اربعة وثلاثين مشاركا في الدراسة. تم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعتين: 17 تلقوا تمارين الاتزان الموجهة نحو محاذاة الركبة و17 تلقوا تمارين التوازن التقليدية. تم اختيارهم من العيادة الخارجية لكلية العلاج الطبيعي بجامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا. تم استخدام تحليل فيديو ثنائي الأبعاد لقياس تقوس الركبة الديناميكى أثناء اختبار القفز المسقط ذو الأرجل الواحدة باستخدام برنامج كينوفا . تم تقييم شدة الألم باستخدام مقياس التناظرية البصرية. تم تقييم الحس العميق من خلال الاستقرار الوضعي الديناميكي باستخدام نظام توازن بيدوكس.تم تقييم قوة العضلة الرباعية والسيطرة العصبية العضلية بنظام بايدوكس متساوى الحركة .لا يوجد فرق كبير بين مجموعة التوازن الموجهة نحو محاذاة الركبة ومجموعة التوازن التقليدية فيما يتعلق بكثافة الألم والاستقرار الوضعي الديناميكي. ومع ذلك، فقد أدى كلا التمرينين إلى تحسين الألم وقوة العضلة الرابعية بشكل فعال، كما أدى التوازن الموجه نحو محاذاة الركبة إلى تحسين استقبال الحس العميق.<br/>
