| Summary, etc. | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أولويات الصحافة الأوروبية الناطقة بالفرنسية فيما يتعلق بالقضايا قيد الدراسة. ورصد التقنيات الإخبارية الصحفية التي تستخدمها كل صحيفة لمعالجة موضوع الدراسة، وتحليل أهم لقضايا اللاجئين والمهاجرين العرب التي اهتمت بالصحافة الأوروبية الناطقة بالفرنسية خلال فترة الدراسة. وتحليل مصادر المعلومات الصحفية التي اعتمدت عليها عينة الدراسة في الحصول على المادة الصحفية عن الفترة ما بين (2015 حتى يناير 2020).<br/>وتنتمي الدراسة إلى منهج البحوث الوصفية، واستخدمت الدراسة أداتين: استمارة تحليل المحتوى، واستمارة تحليل التأطير الإخباري.<br/>وتتكون عينة الصحف من 438 تقريراً، في 5 صحافة أوروبية ناطقة بالفرنسية، وهي Le Monde، L'Echo، Euronews، le Temps، DW، خلال فترة الدراسة (2015-2020).<br/>وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: تفوق موقع DW على الصحف الأوروبية الناطقة بالفرنسية من عينة الدراسة، والتي ركزت على موضوعات تناولت شؤون اللاجئين والمهاجرين العرب في أوروبا، تلتها صحيفة Le Monde. ومن ثم جاءت صحيفة " Euronews" الإلكترونية، تليها صحيفة " L'Echo " البلجيكية من حيث الاهتمام بهذا النوع من القضايا، تليها صحيفة le Temps " السويسرية.<br/>لقد كان التقرير الإخباري هو الشكل الأكثر استخدامًا على نطاق واسع في تغطية موضوع الدراسة، مقارنة بالأشكال الإخبارية الأخرى. واعتمدت صحف الدراسة بشكل كبير على مصادر رسمية، أبرزها: الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، والمستشارة الألمانية آنذاك أنجيلا ميركل، ورئيس الوزراء المجري فيكتور أوربان. اعتمدت عليها صحف الدراسة بشكل كبير على المصادر الرسمية والحكومية في التغطية.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | This study aims to Analyzing the priority agenda of the francophone Europeans journalism regarding the issues under study. Monitoring the journalistic news techniques used by each newspaper to address the subject of the study. A more important analysis of the issues of Arab refugees and immigrants that were concerned with the francophone Europeans journalism during the study period. Analyzing the sources of journalistic information that the study sample relied on to obtain journalistic material on the period between (From 2015 until January 2020).<br/>The study belonged to the descriptive research approach, the study used two tools: the form of the content analysis, and the form of news framing analysis.<br/>The newspaper sample consists of 438 reports, in 5 francophone Europeans journalism, Le Monde, L'echo, Euronews, le Temps, DW, during the study period (2015-2020).<br/>The study reached several results, including: the results of the study show that the Deutsch Welle website outperformed francophone Europeans journalism outlets from the study sample, which focused on topics that dealt with the affairs of Arab refugees and immigrants in Europe, followed by Le Monde newspaper, then the EURONEWS website, followed by The Belgian newspaper 'echo' ranked in terms of interest in this type of issue, followed by the Swiss newspaper Le Temps.<br/>The news report has been the most widely used issue, compared to other news types. The study newspapers relied heavily on official sources, most notably: French President Emmanuel Macron, then German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. Hoyer relied heavily on official and government sources for coverage.<br/>The five newspapers differed in the degree of influence of influential actors. <br/> |
