| Summary, etc. | Forty-two female basketball players participated in this study and randomly subdivided into two groups. Their mean value ± SD of age, height, weight, and BMI of group A (Study group) was 16.47 ± 2.15 years, 169.76 ± 7.17 cm, 63.47 ± 8.42 kg, and 22.00 ± 2.47 kg/m² respectively. The mean value ± SD of age, height, weight, and BMI of group B (Control group) was 17.23 ± 3.09 years, 172.71 ± 9.63 cm, 68.47 ±10.13 kg and 22.89 ± 2.23 kg/m² respectively. Rigid athletic tape was applied to one group and no taping to the other group. Balance was assessed using the Biodex Balance System and vertical jump was assessed using mobile application before and after 2 weeks of participation for the two groups |

| Summary, etc. | شاركت في هذه الدراسة 42 لاعبة كرة سلة وتم تقسيمهن عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين. كانت القيمة المتوسطة ± SD للعمر والطول والوزن ومؤشر كتلة الجسم للمجموعة A (مجموعة الدراسة) 16.47 ± 2.15 سنة، 169.76 ± 7.17 سم، 63.47 ± 8.42 كجم، و 22.00 ± 2.47 كجم / م² على التوالي. كانت القيمة المتوسطة ± SD للعمر والطول والوزن ومؤشر كتلة الجسم للمجموعة B (مجموعة التحكم) 17.23 ± 3.09 سنة و172.71 ± 9.63 سم و68.47 ±10.13 كجم و22.89 ± 2.23 كجم/م² على التوالي. تم وضع رباط رياضي صلب على مجموعة واحدة ولم يتم وضع شريط على المجموعة الأخرى. تم تقييم التوازن باستخدام نظام Biodex Balance System و تقييم القفز العمودي باستخدام تطبيق الهاتف المحمول My Jump 2قبل وبعد أسبوعين من المشاركة للمجموعتين. |
