| Summary, etc. | آلام أسفل الظهر هي مصدر قلق صحي كبير في جميع أنحاء العالم اليوم. 85% من آلام أسفل الظهر ترجع إلى عدم توازن العضلات بسبب عيوب وضعية طويلة الأمد تسمى متلازمة التقاطع السفلي. متلازمة التقاطع السفلي التي تتميز بشد عضلات الفخذ وعضلات أسفل الظهر المتقاطعة مع عضلات البطن الضعيفة وعضلات الألوية. تتسبب متلازمة التقاطع السفلي في ميل الحوض الأمامي، وفرط قعس العمود الفقري القطني، وانثناء الفخذين، وفرط تمدد الركبتين. إن إعادة التثقيف الوضعي الشامل هي طريقة للعلاج الطبيعي تم تطويرها في فرنسا. |
