| Summary, etc. | Aim: The aim of the present study is to evaluate the marginal adaptation, shade matching and patient satisfaction of polychromatic feldspathic porcelain laminate veneer compared to hybrid ceramic multicolor laminate veneer. Methodology: A total of 26 patients requiring one side veneer to restore discolored, fractured or maligned anterior teeth. Patients were divided into two groups according to the type of restoration used. The Comparator group included patients receiving Multicolor feldspathic (Trilux forte) laminate veneers Intervention group included patients receiving Multicolor hybrid ceramic laminate veneers (multicolored Vita Enamic). After final cementation, Marginal Adaptation, Shade matching and Patient satisfaction were evaluated according to the modified USPHS criteria, after three, six, and twelve months follow up intervals.<br/>Results: Marginal Adaptation, Patient satisfaction, showed statistically insignificant difference (P > 0.05) between both tested groups at all intervals, whereas, color stability was statistically insignificant difference (P > 0.05) between both tested at T0 and T1, but there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) between both tested groups at T1 and T2, however that difference was clinically insignificant. Both groups showed acceptable marginal adaptation, suitable color matching and color stability with highly patient satisfaction. Conclusions: After one year of follow up, Trilux forte and multicolored Vita Enamic laminate veneers showed successful marginal adaptation, shade matching, and patient satisfaction This indicates that both materials can be recommended to be used as anterior single or multiple veneer restorations in clinical situations for optimum esthetic outcome. |

| Summary, etc. | أصبحت القشور الخزفية إجراءً شائعًا في طب الأسنان منذ طرحها، لأنها محافظة وتوفر جماليات ممتازة. تم إجراء هذا التحقيق السريري لتقييم التكيف الهامشي، ومطابقة الظل ورضا المريض عن القشرة الخزفية متعددة الألوان الفلسباثية مقابل القشرة الخزفية الهجينة متعددة الألوان. تم تصنيع ستة وعشرون قشرة خزفية (ثلاثة عشر في كل مجموعة) للأسنان الأمامية التي تتطلب تغطية جزئية وترميمات جانب واحد في المنطقة الجمالية. تم تقسيم المرضى إلى مجموعتين حسب نوع السيراميك المستخدم. المجموعة الأولى (المجموعة الضابطة) القشرة الخشبية متعددة الألوان. (Vita Trilux forte) المجموعة الثانية (مجموعة التدخل) قشور سيراميكية هجينة متعددة الألوان (Vita Enamic متعددة الألوان). تم تسجيل لون السن باستخدام مقياس الطيف الضوئي Vita Easyshade V وفقًا للسن المقابل/المجاور، بمساعدة ثلاثة من أخصائي التعويضات السنية الذين أجروا اختبار لتحديد نقص اللون. تم تأكيد الظل أيضًا باستخدام نظام توجيه الظل VITA 3D-Master. تم تصنيع القشرة الخزفية باستخدام طحن CAM\CAM لكليهما مواد. تمت معالجة الأسطح المناسبة للقشرة الخشبية وعزلها وفقًا لتعليمات الشركة المصنعة وتم إعداد أسنان الدعامة باستخدام بروتوكول الحفر والأمطار وتم تثبيتها باستخدام أسمنت الريزن المعالج بالضوء Bisco (BisCem). تم تقييم التكيف الهامشي ومطابقة الظل ورضا المرضى وفقًا لما تم تقييمه وفقًا لمعايير خدمات الصحة العامة بالولايات المتحدة (USPHS). |
