| Summary, etc. | Background: Along with an increase in cesarean rates, the complications and problems associated with the procedure have also increased. These complications include infection, wound dehiscence, necrosis of the fascia, peritonitis, and scarring that can lead to a longer stay in the hospital thus proper wound care after surgery is necessary to induce effective wound healing<br/>Objective: to follow up cesarean section scar healing after injection of autologous amniotic fluid among high-risk population after one, two and six weeks from labor. <br/>Patients and Methods: This study conducted on 108 pregnant women divided into two groups 54 women in each group who undergone cesarean section at Kasralainy Obstetrics and Gynecology hospital. Complete history and examination were taken before admission. Cases were selected who had high risk for wound infection and group (1) 54 cases undergone for injection of amniotic fluid. The amniotic fluid was injected without processing in the subcutaneous tissue at the two edges, 5cc of the amniotic fluid in each edge. Skin closure is done by subcuticular suture using nonabsorbable pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (proline) suture. Exposure of the wound on day 3 of surgery with daily local care by povidone-iodine. On day 7, the suture was removed and the wound was assessed regarding oedema, discharge and redness. Reassessment of the wound was done on second and six week. <br/>Results: the CS scar of group (1); who their wounds were injected with AF showed significant improvement in the scar regarding edema, redness and discharge in the 1st, 2nd and 6th weeks compared to control group (2). |

| Summary, etc. | زاد معدل الولادة القيصرى بنسبة 72% فى مصر عام 2021 وذلك حسب جهاز الاحصاء بالدولة ومع زيادة الولادة القيصرية زاد معدل المضاعفات والمشاكل الناتجة عن هذه الزيادة.<br/>واحدة من هذه المشاكل التهاب جرح الولادة فى الجلد فى صورة احمرار او تورم او افرازات من الجرح.<br/>واحدة من الطرق المستخدمة فى العناية بالجرح هى حقن السائل الامنيوسى حيث يحتوى على مواد مضادة للالتهاب ومواد مضادة للاكسدة والتى تساعد على التئام الجرح.<br/>وفى هذه الدراسة تم حقن 10سم من السائل الامنيوسى للحالة اثناء الولادة القيصرية وحقنه فى كلا الطرفين لندبة القيصرية قبل غلق الجلد ومتابعة التئام الجرح من ناحية عدم وجود علامات للالتهاب فى صورة احمرار او تورم او افرازات وذلك فى الاسبوع الاول والثانى السادس بعد الولادة.<br/>كانت نتائج هذه الدراسة تشير الى ان حقن السائل الامنيوسى فعال فى التئام الجرح <br/>وحسب هذه الدراسة نوصى باستخدام حقن السائل الامنيوسى فى الولادة القيصرية |
