| Summary, etc. | إن العقم وتأخر الإنجاب مشكلة تهدد استقرار الحياة الزوجية وتؤدي بأحد الزوجين أو كليهما إلى الوقوع ضحية بناءات اجتماعية ، وثقافية ترسخت في المجتمع ، مما تؤدي إلى استبعادهم وحرمانهم من الاندماج الاجتماعي ، كما نجد أن مشكلة عدم القدرة على الإنجاب لها أهميتها في مجتمعنا المصري الذي له ثقافة تؤكد على إيجاد العزوة وإشباع دافع الأبوة والأمومة وبقاء النوع الإنساني لذا ؛ هدفت الدراسة إلى تأثير العقم وتأخر الإنجاب على العلاقات الزوجية ، والكشف عن آليات التكيف مع هذه المشكلة في الريف والحضر ، والتعرف على الثقافة الشعبية للعقم وتأخر الإنجاب في الريف والحضر ، أفراد المجتمع بقضايا العقم .<br/>توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العقم وتأخر الإنجاب له تأثيرات اجتماعية إيجابية على العلاقة الزوجية ، ومازال المجتمع المصري محافظًا على الثقافة الشعبية لعلاج العقم وتأخر الإنجاب وكان المجتمع الريفي هو الأكثر استخدامًا للوصفات والممارسات العلاجية الشعبية ، وكان متغير الدخل له دور هام في اللجوء إلى العديد من الحلول العلاجية لحل مشكلة تأخر الإنجاب.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | Infertility and delayed childrearing is a problem that threatens the stability of marital life , or both , leading to them falling victim to social and cultural constructs that have become entrenched in society , leading to their exclusion and deprivation of social integration . We also find that the problem of inability to have children has importance in our Egyptian society , which has a culture emphasizes finding pride satisfying the drive for parenting , and the survival of the human species therefore , the study aimed to examine the impact of infertility and delayed childbearing in rural and urban areas , and raise awareness among members of society about infertility issues. <br/> The study concluded that infertility and delayed childbearing have positive social effects on the family relationship , and Egyptian society still maintains popular culture to treat infertility and delayed childbearing . The rural community was the one that used the most popular therapeutic recipes and practices , and the income variable played an important role in resorting to many therapeutic solutions to solve the problem of delayed childbearing. <br/> |
