| Summary, etc. | استهدفت الدراسة رصد كيفية تناول المسلسلات التليفزيونية المصرية لشئون وحياة المصريين المغتربين في الخارج، وتحديد العلاقة بين كثافة مشاهدة الشباب المصري لهذه المسلسلات واتجاهاتهم نحو السفر والهجرة، وذلك من خلال إختبار فروض نظرية الغرس الثقافي. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الكيفي ومنهج المسح بشقه الميداني؛ حيث تم إجراء تحليل مضمون كيفي لست مسلسلات تليفزيونية مصرية تتناول حياة المصريين المغتربين بالخارج، بالإضافة إلى إنه تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة عمدية من الشباب المصري من مشاهدي المسلسلات التليفزيونية المعنية بالمصريين المغتربين بالخارج، والذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (18-40) عام، وقد بلغ حجم العينة 400 مبحوث. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to monitor how Egyptian television series address the affairs and life of Egyptian expatriates abroad, and to determine the relationship between the intensity of Egyptian youth’s viewing of these series and their attitudes toward travel and migration, by testing the hypotheses of the cultivation theory. This study relied on the qualitative method and the field survey method. A qualitative content analysis of six Egyptian television series dealing with the life of Egyptians expatriates abroad was conducted, in addition to a field study conducted on a purposive sample of the Egyptian youth who watch television series concerned with Egyptian expatriates abroad, whose ages range between (18-40) years. The sample size was 400 respondents. |
