| Summary, etc. | The biomechanics of the lower limbs during walking are frequently assessed in individuals with low back pain (LBP). Non-Specific Low Back Pain (NSLBP) is a common type of LBP. Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction (SIJD) is one of the causes of (LBP). (LBP) is commonly treated by physiotherapists, however, physiotherapists themselves have been reported as being (LBP) sufferers. Purpose: The purpose was to analyze spatiotemporal parameters of gait in Physical Therapy (PT) students with NSLBP associated with SIJD. Methods: Thirty-six (PT) students from both genders were assigned into the study, their ages ranged from 19-24 years old, their body mass index (BMI) were ≤25 kg/m². (PT) students divided into 3 groups Group A included 12 students (9 males and 3 female) with nonspecific low back pain (mild and moderate) according to Arabic Modified Oswestry Disability Index (AMODI) associated with sacroiliac joint dysfunction (three positive tests of cluster tests). Group B included 12 students (7 males and 5 females) with nonspecific low back pain (mild and moderate) according to (AMODI). Group C included 12 (8 males and 4 female) healthy students with neither (NSLBP) nor (SIJD). Three-dimensional motion analysis was used to analyze the spatiotemporal parameters of gait in the 3 groups. Result: The present study showed a statistically significant difference in right and left spatial and temporal parameters of gait between the three groups. Group A had a significant increase in right and left width of step and had significant decreased in right and left walking speed compared to group B. Conclusion: Spatiotemporal parameters of gait were affected in both PT students with NSLBP associated with SIJD and PT students with NSLBP. Therefore, when treating those PT students, gait parameters should be evaluated, and gait rehabilitation should be considered. |

| Summary, etc. | غالبًا ما يتم تقييم الميكانيكا الحيوية للأطراف السفلية أثناء المشي في الأفراد الذين يعانون من آلام أسفل الظهر. يعد ألم أسفل الظهر غير المحدد السبب شائعًا لآلام أسفل الظهر، الام أسفل الظهر لديها الكثير من الأسباب أحدها هو خلل في المفصل العجزي الحرقفي. يعالج أخصائيو العلاج الطبيعي عادة هذه الالام. ومع ذلك، فان أخصائي العلاج الطبيعي أنفسهم يعانون من الام أسفل الظهر. الغرض: كان الغرض هو تحليل وقياس البارامترات المسافية والزمنية للمشي في طلاب العلاج الطبيعي الذين لديهم الام أسفل الظهر غير المحددة السبب المرتبطة ب الام المفصل العجزي الحرقفي، والطلاب الذين لديهم الام أسفل الظهر الغير محددة السبب والاصحاء<br/>الأساليب: تم تعيين ستة وثلاثين طالبا للدراسة، من كلا الجنسين، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 19 و24 سنة، ويتم تقييمهم حسب مستواهم الحالي من آلام الظهر باستخدام مؤشر الإعاقة العربية المعدلة قبل الدراسة. تلقت المجموعات الثلاث الاختبارات العنقودية للمفصل العجزي الحرقفي ثم تلقت المجموعات نفس التعليمات للسير بالحركة في المعمل ثلاثي الابعاد للحركة وينقسم الطلاب إلى ثلاث مجموعات مجموعة A تضم12 طالبا يعانون من الام أسفل الظهر غير محددة السبب المصاحبة باعتلال المفصل العجزي الحرقفي ومجموعة B تضم 12 طالبا يعانون من الام أسفل الظهر غير محددة السبب فقط والمجموعة C تضم 12 طالبا اصحاء وتم استخدام معمل تحليل الحركة ثلاثية الأبعاد لاكتشاف وتسجيل تغيرات المشي في المجموعات الثلاثة. النتائج: أظهرت هذه الدراسة اختلافًا ذا دلالة إحصائية في البارامترات المسافية والزمنية لليمين واليسار للمشي بين كل من المجموعة A والمجموعة B مقارنة بالمجموعة C بينما لم يكن هناك فرق في الأهمية بين المجموعة A والمجموعة B.<br/>الاستنتاج تأثرت البارامترات الزمنية والمسافية للمشي في كلا من طلاب العلاج الطبيعي الذين يعانون من الام اسفل الظهر الغير محددة السبب المصاحبة لعجز في المفصل العجزي الحرقفي و طلاب كلية علاج طبيعي الذين يعانون من الام اسفل الظهر الغير محددة السبب، لذلك عند علاج طلاب العلاج الطبيعي المصابين بـ الام اسفل الظهر الغير محددة السبب المصاحبة بعجز بالمفصل العجزي الحرقفي أو طلاب يعانون من الام اسفل الظهر غير محددة السبب يجب الأخذ في الاعتبار تمارين علاجية للمشي<br/><br/> |
