| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة دور التحول الرقمى ( متغير مستقل) فى تعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر والأزمات (متغير تابع ) وصولاً إلى مراكز لإدارة المخاطر والأزمات تتمتع بالإستعداد والجاهزية فى التعامل مع المخاطر والأزمات من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على الشركة المصرية للمطارات بمراكز الأزمات والطوارىء بها حتى يتسنى للباحثة الإجابة عن سؤال البحث وهو هل التحول الرقمى له دور فعال فى تعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر والأزمات؟<br/>كما تهدف الدراسة إلى عرض أهم النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها وأهم التوصيات التى يمكن أن تسهم فى التخفيف من وطأة الأزمات بالإعتماد على تطبيقات التحول الرقمى وتعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر والأزمات ،قام الباحث بتحديد أربعة محاور رئيسية تستخدم لقياس مدى موافقة العاملين بمجال ادارة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارىء عن دور التحول الرقمى بأبعاده المختلفة فى تعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر والأزمات ومن هذه النسبة يمكن قياس مدى فاعلية التحول الرقمى فى التخفيف من تأثير الأزمات وتجنب المخاطر قبل وقوعها ، ومساعدة مديرى الأزمات على اتخاذ القرار الصحيح فى الوقت المناسب ودرء المخاطر وتجنب وقوع الأزمات أكدت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرضية الرئيسية التى تفترض " موافقة مجتمع الدراسة على أن التحول الرقمى له دور فعال فى تعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر والأزمات والموافقة على محاور الاستبيان (XX1,XX2,Y) بالشركة المصرية للمطارات وبينها علاقة موجبة قوية معنوية عند مستوى معنوية 1%. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to investigate the role of digital transformation (independent variable) in enhancing risk and crisis management capabilities (dependent variable) to develop risk and crisis management centers that are prepared and ready to handle risks and crises. This was done through an applied study on the Egyptian Airports Company's crisis and emergency centers to enable the researcher to answer the research question: Does digital transformation play an effective role in enhancing risk and crisis management capabilities?<br/>The study also aimed to present the key findings and recommendations that can help mitigate crises by relying on digital transformation applications and enhancing risk and crisis management capabilities. The researcher identified four main axes used to measure the extent of agreement among employees in the field of risk, crisis, and emergency management on the role of digital transformation in enhancing these capabilities. This measure helps determine the effectiveness of digital transformation in mitigating crises' impacts and avoiding risks before they occur, assisting crisis managers in making timely and correct decisions, preventing risks, and avoiding crises. The study's results confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis, which assumes "the study population agrees that digital transformation has an effective role in enhancing risk and crisis management capabilities and agrees with the survey axes (XX1, XX2, Y) in the Egyptian Airports Company, showing a strong positive significant relationship at a 1% significance level." |
