| Summary, etc. | القت الدراسة الضوء على مفاهيم وإستراتيجية التفكير الرشيق وتحسين الأداء وإيجاد صلة بين تطبيق الشركة لمفهوم التفكير الرشيق ودوره فى تحسين الأداء ومن هذا المنطلق تم تحديد مشكلة الدراسة وهي كيفيه قيام المؤسسات الصناعية (الشركة الوطنية للبطاريات) بتحسين الأداء من خلال مبادئ وأبعاد التفكير الرشيق الأربعة (تنظيم موقع العمل, تدفق القيمة, الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد, التحسين المستمر) وكذلك العوامل الديموجرافية بأبعادها الأربعة (العمر, المؤهل العلمي, المسمى الوظيفي, سنوات الخبرة) لتحقيق تحسين الأداء وتم تصميم نموذج إستبيان للتحقق من فروض الدراسة من خلال دراسة تطبيقية لعدد (100) فرد وتم إستخلاص النتائج والتوصيات. |

| Summary, etc. | The study shed light on the concepts and strategy of lean thinking and improving performance and found a link between the company’s application of the concept of lean thinking and its role in improving performance. From this standpoint, the problem of the study was identified, which is how the National Battery Company improves performance through the four principles and dimensions of lean thinking (organizing the work site, Value flow, on-time production, continuous improvement) as well as demographic factors in its four dimensions (age, educational qualification, job title, years of experience) to achieve improved performance. A questionnaire form was designed to verify the study’s hypotheses through an applied study of (100) individuals and it was extracted. Results and recommendations. |
