Summary, etc. | Background: Organizational justice is seen as a managerial practice that may create a <br/>positive and more effective citizenship behavior among staff nurses. Staff nurses perceive <br/>fairness from their managers have more satisfaction, motivation and desire to achieve extra <br/>work. Aim to examine the relationship between organizational justice and citizenship <br/>behavior as perceived by staff nurses. Design: A descriptive correlational research design <br/>was utilized to carry out this study. Sample: a convenience sample (281) of staff nurses. <br/>Setting: the study conducted in all units at New Kasr Einy teaching hospital except operating <br/>rooms. Tools: two adopted questionnaires were used. 1- First questionnaire was <br/>organizational justice questionnaire. 2- Second questionnaire was organizational citizenship <br/>behaviour questionnaire. Results: Regarding to organizational justice dimensions the <br/>highest mean percentages (85.5% and 71.3%) were given to interactional justice and <br/>informational justice dimensions, while, the lowest mean percentages (38.4% and 36.1%) <br/>were given for procedural justice & distributive justice. Also, as regards citizenship <br/>behaviours dimensions, the highest mean percentages (89.4%, 90.7% and 87.0%, <br/>respectively) were given to the dimensions of altruism, courtesy and conscientiousness, <br/>while the lowest mean percentages (67.8% and 61.6%) were given to sportsmanship and <br/>civic virtue dimension and there was no statistically correlation between organizational <br/>justice and organizational citizenship behavior(p=0.73). Conclusion: The present study <br/>results, concluded that, there was no statistical significant relation between organizational <br/>justice and citizenship behaviour. Recommendations: Hospital administrators should ensure <br/>nurse managers adherence to rules and regulations to achieve justice, nurse managers should <br/>conduct periodical meeting with staff nurses to discuss and solve work problems <br/>considering staff nurses’ concerns and interest. |

Summary, etc. | ينظر إلى العدالة المؤسسية على أنها ممارسة إدارية قد تخلق سلوك مواطنة إيجابي وأكثر فعالية بين الممرضين العاملين. يرى الممرضين العاملين أن مديريهم يتمتعون بالعدالة والرضا والتحفيز والرغبة في تحقيق عمل إضافي. وكان الهدف: دراسة العلاقة بين العدالة المؤسسية وسلوك المواطنة كما يراها الممرضين العاملون. التصميم: تم استخدام تصميم البحث الارتباطي الوصفي لإجراء هذه الدراسة. العينة: عينة ملائمة (281) من طاقم التمريض. مكان الدراسة: أجريت الدراسة في جميع وحدات مستشفى القصر العيني التعليمي الجديد ما عدا غرف العمليات. الأدوات: تم استخدام استبيانين معتمدين. 1- الاستبيان الأول كان استمارة العدالة المؤسسية 2- الاستبيان الثاني كان استبيان سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. النتائج: فيما يتعلق بأبعاد العدالة التنظيمية، فقد أعطيت أعلى النسب (85.5% و71.3%) لأبعاد العدالة التفاعلية والعدالة المعلوماتية، بينما أعطيت أدنى النسب (38.4% و36.1%) للعدالة الإجرائية والعدالة التوزيعية. وفيما يتعلق بأبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة فقد أعطيت أعلى المتوسطات (89.4%، 90.7%، 87.0% على التوالي) لأبعاد الإيثار والمجاملة والضمير، بينما أعطيت أدنى النسب (67.8% و61.6%). إلى بعد الروح الرياضية والفضيلة المدنية ولم توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلاله إحصائية بين العدالة <br/>الاستنتاج: توصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العدالة المؤسسية وسلوك المواطنة التوصيات: يجب على مديري المستشفيات التأكد من التزام مديري التمريض بالقواعد واللوائح لتحقيق العدالة، ويجب على مدراء التمريض عقد اجتماعات دورية مع المرضيين لمناقشة وحل مشاكل العمل مع الأخذ في الاعتبار اهتمامات واهتمامات المرضيين.<br/> |
