| Summary, etc. | تسعى الدراسة لإختبار وتحليل صورة القوى السياسية المصرية كما تعكسها البرامج الحوارية في القنوات الحكومية والخاصة، وأطر التغطية الإخبارية التلفزيونية للتيارات الليبرالية السياسية المصرية، بهدف توصيف طبيعة التغطية التي خصصت لهذه النوعية من التيارات الحزبية ثم توصيف مستوى التوازن في هذه التغطية، والکشف عن أهم الموضوعات التي تم الإهتمام بها لديها وعرضها لأخبار هذه التيارات، مع تحديد الأساليب والآليات التي استخدمت في التأطير، وتحديد الأدوار المنسوبة لکل تيار في البرامج الحوارية وسمات هذه الأدوار، ومعرفة أوجه الاتفاق والإختلاف في القنوات محل الدراسة لدى معالجتها لقضايا هذه الأحزاب والحركات السياسية المصرية وتأثيراتها على إعادة تشكيل الحياة السياسية المصرية إيجابًا وسلبًا. واعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الأطر الإعلامية ومدخل الصورة الإعلامية، كما أنها تعد من الدراسات الوصفية، وقد تم تحليل عدد 100 حلقة من البرامج الحوارية التلفزيونية في القنوات الخاصة والحكومية تم تجميعها من على موقع اليوتيوب، وتناقش قضايا سياسية بلغ عددها 107 قضية سياسية، ومثارة من عام 2010 حتى عام 2015، وهي فترة شهدت حالة من الحراك السياسي حيث واكبت مصر ثورتين (ثورة 25 يناير 2011، ثورة 30 يونيو 2013). وكانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة التحليلية بأن جاء نسبة 71% من حلقات البرامج التلفزيونية تركز على مسألة مشاركة الأحزاب السياسية بالحياة السياسية المصرية في مقابل نسبة 15% لمناقشة المشاكل التنظيمية الداخلية بالأحزاب السياسية، تلاه مناقشة تأسيس الأحزاب السياسية بمصر في ضوء القوانين المنظمة لحالة الحراك السياسي بنسبة 13.1%، وأخيرًا جاء علاقة الأحزاب السياسية بالجمهور بنسبة 0.9%، كما جاء نسبة 43.4% من حلقات البرامج تركز على مناقشة أوضاع الأحزاب السياسية الليبرالية المرجعية فضلاً عن بروز أفكارهم الأيديولوجية السياسية في مناقشة القضايا السياسية المجتمعية مثل حزب الوفد أو حزب التجمع الوطني التقديمي الوحدوي، في مقابل نسبة 31.3% من الحلقات تركز على إتجاهات الأحزاب السياسية الدينية ورؤيتهم للواقع السياسي المصري ثم جاء التعبير عن باقي التوجهات السياسية للأحزاب السياسية مثل الاشتراكية أو الشيوعية وغيره من التوجهات السياسية المختلفة بالدولة بنسبة 25.3%، وهذا إن دل على إهتمام القنوات التلفزيونية بإبراز أفكار وأيديولوجيات السياسية المختلفة بالحياة السياسية المصرية، وهذا التنوع يثري وينهض بالحياة السياسية ويجعل بها حالة من الحراك السياسي الداعم لتأسيس أفكار سياسية إيجابية تحقق تنمية مستدامة في الدولة، وهذا التفوق في عملية المناقشة والتحليل كان للقنوات الفضائية الخاصة في مقابل القنوات الحكومية. |

| Summary, etc. | This study examines and analyses the image of Egyptian political forces, as reflected in talk shows on state and privately owned channels, and the frameworks of television news coverage of Egyptian liberal political currents to describe the nature of the coverage allocated to this type of partisan currents and the level of balance in this coverage. This study also reveals the most important topics that have been given attention by these political forces and how they present the news of such political currents, identifying the methods and mechanisms used in framing and the roles attributed to each political current in talk shows and the characteristics of these roles, and making clear the points of agreement and disagreement in the channels under study in terms of their treatment of the issues of these parties and Egyptian political movements, with their effects on the reconstruction of Egyptian political life, positively and negatively. The study builds on the theory of media frames and the approach to media images. It is also a descriptive study. One hundred episodes of talk shows on state and privately owned channels, collected from YouTube, were analysed. The episodes discussed 107 political issues raised from 2010 to 2015, a period that witnessed a state of political mobilisation as Egypt witnessed two revolutions (the 25 January 2011 Revolution and the 30 June 2013 Revolution). The most prominent results of this analytical study showed that 71% of television programmes' episodes focused on the political parties' participation in Egyptian political life, compared to 15% discussing internal organisational problems within political parties. This was followed by discussing the establishment of political parties in Egypt in light of the laws organising the state of political mobilisation by 13.1%, and finally, the relationship between political parties and the public by 0.9%. 43.4% of the programme episodes focused on discussing the conditions of the reference liberal political parties, as well as the emergence of their political, ideological ideas in discussing social-political issues such as the Wafd Party or the National Progressive Unionist Gathering Party, compared to 31.3% of the episodes that focused on the trends of religious political parties and their vision of the Egyptian political reality. Then came the expression of the rest of the political orientations of political parties such as socialism or communism and other different political orientations in the state by 25.3%. This indicates the interest of television channels in highlighting different political ideas and ideologies in Egyptian political life. This diversity enriches and revitalises political life and creates a state of political mobilisation that supports the establishment of positive political ideas that achieve sustainable development in the country. Notably, privately owned channels played a significant role in this process, demonstrating a superior level of discussion and analysis compared to state-owned channels. |
