Regardless of the etiology, these patients can successfully <br/>be treated with arthroscopic stabilization. stabilization by arthroscopic <br/>repair to the posterior capsule for patients with a symptomatic <br/>hypermobile lateral meniscus. all-inside and/or inside-out fixation were <br/>used and associated with good outcomes and low recurrence of pain or <br/>mechanical symptoms. |

| Summary, etc. | القرن الخلفي من الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى متحرك نسبيا بالمقارنة مع الغضروف الهلالى الداخلى هذا بسبب تشريحه المميز.<br/>الحركة الغير طبيعية المفرطة للقرن الخلفي من الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى بدون تمزق أو قطع واضح يمكن أن يكون سبب للألم المزمن بمفصل الركبة.<br/>الأعراض الناتجة من الحركة الغير طبيعية المفرطة للقرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى تتمثل فى :<br/>ألم بالجزء الخارجى لمفصل الركبة.<br/>توقف مفاجئ لحركة الركبة.<br/>ألم مع الثنى الكامل لمفصل الركبة.<br/>من وسائل علاج التحرك المفرط بالقرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى ، استئصال القرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى مما قد يؤدى الى حدوث تاكل وخشونة مبكرة بمفصل الركبة.<br/>تثبيت القرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى باستخدام منظار الركبة يقلل من حدوث الالام مع حركة مفصل الركبة ويعيد الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى. |
