| Summary, etc. | تعد دراسة الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية في مجتمع بلاد الهوسا في القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي، أحد أهم المواضيع التي تسترعى اهتمامي بالشأن الإفريقي، خصوصاً منذ بدايات الاتصال الحضاري والامتزاج السلالي بالحضارة الإسلامية للمنطقة حوالي أواخر القرن الأول الهجري/ السابع الميلادي، الذي وصلت فيه حركة الفتوحات الإسلامية لمنطقة الشمال الأفريقي وأطراف بلاد السودان، حيث كان له عميق الأثر في تغير عادات وتقاليد في حياة مجتمع قبائل بلاد الهوسا وشعوبها وتراثها الثقافي.<br/> أما عن سبب اختياري بداية فترة البحث القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي، خلال هذه الفترة شهدت بلاد الهوسا نشاطات مكثفة لجماعات الهوسا في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية أدت إلى بروز إمارات الهوسا وتزعمها علي القبائل الأخرى في المنطقة. وتنتهي الدراسة سنة1800م , وهو العام الذي كانوا الهوسا لا يزالون يمارسون طقوساً وعادات وثنية مستوحاة من التراث الثقافي الأفريقي المحلي واختلطت العادات الوثنية بالتقاليد الإسلامية, وصار الحكام يحملون لقب المسلمين شكلا دون فهم واع لأصول الدين. فأعلن فيه عثمان بن فودي المجاهد الإسلامي الجهاد في سبيل الله لإعادة الدين الإسلامي إلى أصوله وقواعده, وتأسيس دولة جديدة هي دولة سوكوتو Sokoto الإسلامية، في واقع مناخ سياسي واجتماعي كان قد اتسم بالتعددية العرقية. <br/> |

| Summary, etc. | This research deals with social and cultural life in the Hausa Land in the Eighteenth Century. in Western Sudan. In this context, the distinguished location of the Hausa country in the northern part of present-day Nigeria, specifically the area in which the Hausa groups settled between the Sahara Desert in the north, to the tropical forests in the south, and from the border of the Sultanate of Borno and Lake Chad in the east, to the Niger Valley in the west, played a role. Important in the emergence of the Hausa country at all levels.<br/> This region was distinguished by the fertility of its land and the quality of its climate, which made it an attractive area for residents, and a refuge for the migrations of the Arab tribes, the Masked Desert Berbers, the local Sudanese, and other regions, which included a mixture of human races from multiple ethnic factions. As well as Kanuri and Fulani elements coming from the Sultanate of Borno and other elements. Which led to intermarriage and integration with the inhabitants of these regions, and this intermarriage resulted in the emergence of the Hausa groups, who made the events of the history of the region and who were talked about in many historical sources, as they represent the largest ethnic groups in northern Nigeria, as their percentage reaches, according to some estimates, a quarter of the country’s population. Which formed a linguistic and cultural unit of the population that interacted over time, forming the seven HausaStates. <br/> |
