استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية للقيادات التعاونية الزراعية المحلية، وتحديد درجة أداء المبحوثين للأنشطة الإرشادية الزراعية، وتحديد درجة أهمية الأنشطة الإرشادية الزراعية من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، وتحديد درجة استخدام المبحوثين لبعض الطرق والمعينات الإرشادية، وتحديد درجة أهميتها من وجهة نظرهم، وتحديد العلاقة بين الدرجة الاجمالية لأداء المبحوثين للأنشطة الارشادية كمتغير تابع وبين المتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة، وتحديد العلاقة بين الدرجة الاجمالية لأهمية الأنشطة الإرشادية من وجهة نظر المبحوثين كمتغير تابع وبين المتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة، والتعرف على مصادر المعلومات التى تعتمد عليها المبحوثين، وتحديد درجة تعرضهم لمصادر المعلومات، ودرجة أهميتها من وجهة نظرهم، والتعرف على المشكلات التى تواجه المبحوثين أثناء أداء الأنشطة الإرشادية، ودرجة وجود المشكلات من وجهة نظرهم، والتعرف على مقترحات المبحوثين للتغلب على المشكلات التى تواجههم أثناء أداء الأنشطة الارشادية الزراعية، وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة استخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي والمنهج الوصفى والتحليلي، وتم استخدام معادلة كريجسي مورجان لتحديد حجم العينة من إجمالى شاملة الدراسة في محافظة الشرقية والتي بلغت (2642) عضو مجلس إدارة، وقد بلغ حجم العينة 340 مبحوثاً، وأخذت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة المنتظمة، وتم جمع البيانات خلال الفترة من شهر ديسمبر2022 الى فبراير 2023 بالمقابلة الشخصية الميدانية عن طريق استخدام إستمارة الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم معالجة البيانات كمياً وتحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام المدى، والمتوسط الحسابى، والإنحراف المعيارى، والمتوسط المرجح، ومعامل الإرتباط البسيط لبيرسون. وتمثلت أبرز النتائج فيما يلي:- 1- أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين (67% ) كانت درجة أدائهم للأنشطة الإرشادية الزراعية متوسطة ومرتفعة. 2- أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين (68,6%) كانت درجة أهمية الأنشطة الإرشادية الزراعية متوسطة ومرتفعة من وجهة نظرهم. 3- أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين (67%) كانت درجة استخدامهم للطرق والمعينات الارشادية متوسطة ومرتفعة، وأن غالبية المبحوثين (74%) يرون أن درجة أهمية الطرق والمعينات الارشادية متوسطة ومرتفعة. 4- وجود علاقة معنوية طردية عند مستوى معنوية (0,01) بين الدرجة الاجمالية لأداء المبحوثين للأنشطة الارشادية الزراعية كمتغير تابع، وبين كل من متغيرات عدد سنوات التعليم، ودرجة الاتجاه نحو العمل الإرشادى، وعدد الدورات التدريبية، ودرجة الحاجة للتدريب. 5- وجود علاقة معنوية طردية عند مستوى معنوية (0,01) بين الدرجة الاجمالية لأهمية الأنشطة الارشادية الزراعية من وجهة نظر المبحوثين كمتغير تابع، وبين كل من متغيرات درجة الاتجاه نحو العمل الإرشادى الزراعى، ودرجة معلومات القيادات التعاونية عن بعض المفاهيم الإرشادية، ومدة التدريب، ودرجة أهمية مصادر المعلومات، ودرجة الاتصال داخل الجمعية. 6- ما يزيد عن نصف المبحوثين (57,7%) كانت درجة تعرضهم لمصادر المعلومات متوسطة ومرتفعة، وأن (95,3%) من المبحوثين يرون أن درجة أهمية مصادر المعلومات متوسطة ومرتفعة. 7- كان في مقدمة المشكلات التى تواجه المبحوثين عند أدائهم للأنشطة الإرشادية الزراعية : تدنى عدد المرشدين الزراعيين مقارنة لعدد المسترشدين، وضعف درجة الاتصال بين أجهزة الارشاد والتعاونيات الزراعية، وعدم ملائمة ظروف العمل المادية مع متطلبات العمل الإرشادي، وأن (77,1%) من المبحوثين يرون أن درجة وجود المشكلات متوسطة ومرتفعة. 8- كان في مقدمة مقترحات المبحوثين لحل هذه المشكلات : توفير الإمكانيات المالية والمادية اللازمة لتنفيذ البرامج الارشادية المختلفة، وتنفيذ دورات تدريبية للقيادات التعاونية تتضمن مزيج بين العملى والنظري، وتوفير وسائل النقل المناسبة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الارشاد الزراعى لأكثر عدد من جمهور المسترشدين، وذلك بنسب ( 84,7%)، (81,1%)، (78,5%)، على الترتيب. |

The study aimed at identify the personal characteristics of the local agricultural cooperative leaders, Determining degree of respondents' performance of agricultural extension activities, degree of importance of agricultural extension activities from the respondents' point of view, degree of the respondents' utilization of extension methods and aids when performing agricultural extension activities, degree of the importance of those methods from their point of view. Determining the relationship between the total degree of agricultural cooperative leaders' performance- as a dependent variable- and the independent variables studied, determining the relationship between the total degree of importance of extension activities from the respondents' point of view as a dependent variable and between the independent variables studied, and identifying the information- sources that the agricultural cooperative leaders utilize when performing agricultural extension activities, determining the degree of respondents' exposure to information- sources, degree of the importance from their point of view, identifying the problems facing respondents when performing extension activities, degree of problems existence, identifying the respondents' recommendation to deal with the problems they face when performing agricultural extension activities from their point of view.To achieve the objectives of the study, the social survey method for data collection and the descriptive statistical tools for analyzing the data were used, and the Krejci-Morgan equation was used to determine the sample size from the total comprehensive study in the Sharkia Governorate, which amounted to (2642) board members. The sample size reached 340 respondents, and the sample was taken in a simple, systematic random method, data was collected during the period from December 2022 to February 2023 through a personal interview by using a questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data. The data was processed quantitatively and analyzed statistically using Range, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, weighted average, and Pearson's simple correlation coefficient.The most results were as follows: 1-The majority of respondents (67%) have medium, high degree of performance of agricultural extension activities. 2- The majority of respondents (68.6%) believe that the degree of importance of agricultural extension activities is medium and high from their point of view. 3- The majority of the respondents (67%) the degree of their utilization of extension methods and aids was medium and high, and the majority of the respondents (74%), believed that the degree of importance of methods and extension aids was medium and high . 4-There is a positive significant relationship at a significant level (0.01) between the total degree of respondents' performance of agricultural extension activities as a dependent variable, and between each of variables years of education, attitude towards extension work, number of training courses, need for training . 5- There is a positive significant relationship at a significant level (0.01) between the total degree of importance of extension activities from the respondents' point of view and between each of variables attitude towards extension work, degree of the cooperative leaders' knowledge about some extension concepts, duration of training, degree of importance of information sources, degree of communication within the association. 6- (57.7%) of the respondents have a medium, high degree of exposure to information sources, and (95.3%) of the respondents believe that the degree of importance of information sources was high, medium. 7- At the forefront of the problems that face the respondents when performing agricultural extension activities were: the low number of agricultural extension workers compared to the number of Extension audience, the weak degree of communication between extension agencies and agricultural cooperatives, and the incompatibility of physical working conditions with the requirements of extension work, and that (77.1%) of the respondents believe The existence of problems is medium and high. 8- at the forefront of the respondents’ recommendations: providing financial and material requirements necessary to implement the various extension programs, implementing training courses for cooperative leaders that include a mixture of practical and theoretical subject matters, providing appropriate means of transport to ensure that the goals of agricultural extension are achieved for the largest number of Extension audience with percentages (84.7%), (81.1%), (78.5%). |
