| Summary, etc. | In this study, new machine learning models have been developed to predict liquid loading more efficiently at early stages to preserve gas resources, as follows: Linear Regression (LR) model, K-Nearest neighbor (KNN) model, Decision Tree (DT) model, Random Forest (RF) model, Support Vector Machine (SVM) model, and finally, an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model. Then, a workflow is developed to predict liquid loading using these models integrated with production analysis and nodal analysis and choose the optimum deliquification method to be used.<br/><br/> |
