| Summary, etc. | Two open star clusters; Stock 3 and Stock 18 were subjected to photometric and kinematic analysis, finding that these both clusters are in non-relaxed state. We used the most up-to-date Gaia DR3 version for our analysis. Regarding the parameters of the clusters, we had provided calculations for the clusters' central coordinates and radial density profiles along with membership probability tests. In a comparative way, we applied two different statistical approaches, leveraging proper motion data, one for Gaia DR3 and the other for PPMXL which led to the selection of the most likely members. In turn, we constructed the color magnitude diagrams (CMDs) and derived the ages and distances, in addition to the total masses and the mass function (MF) slopes. Furthermore, visual illustrations of the dynamics and kinematics of these unrelaxed clusters are presented, in addition to providing details on the escape velocities, space velocities, apex points and the solar elements. |
