A field isolate of EI (A / equi / 2) was completely inactivated with 0003 M of BEI at 37oC within 18 hours DEAE - Dextran BEI - inactivated equine influenza vaccine was more potent than the rehydragel adjuvanted vaccine when they were tested in chickens Therefore , the DEAE - dextran adjuvant vaccine was analyzed for its antigenicity and immunogenicity in a group of horses |
