| Summary, etc. | Our concept is the conservation of all tissue except lax and excessive skin. Mastopexy by the triple flaps is a reliable for breast ptosis even with minimal gland tissue. It is also a safe procedure and gave us satisfactory results. It is preferred to an implant whenever there is residual breast`s tissue in hypoplasic ptotic breast. Avoidance of the complications of prosthesis is also a major advantage using this technique |
