Summary, etc. Diabetic nephropathy is a serious complication in individuals with type II diabetes . Chemokines and their receptors have been implicated in the development of diabetic nephropathy . The aim of this work is to investigate the possible association of chemokine receptor CCR G59029 agene polymoephism with diabetic nephropathy in patients with type !! diabetes in order to find out the pathogenesis risk of development and progression of nephropathy in type II diabetic patients
