Etiology of the condition is congenital ( atresia, web, congenital subglottic stenosis ) or aquired ( endotracheal intubation, iatrogenic, trauma, chronic infection, gastroesphageal reflux or idiopathic ) . It is diagnosed by history, physical examination, radiologic evaluation, and endoscopic examination |
