In an effort to investigate the main mechanism (s ) of resistance of Pseudomonas areuginosa towards fluoroquinolones , a total of 103 isolates , identified as Pseudomonas areuginosa , were isolated from patients at four different hospitals located in Cairo . The antibiotic susceptibility pattern of these isolates showed a significant cross - resistance between different agents |
