Thirty patients diagnosed as unilateral knee osteoarthritis. Patients were randomly distributed into two equal groups. The first experimental group (A) consisted of 15 patients with a mean age of 54.13 (±5.9) years; received infrared radiation followed by quadriceps strengthening exercises and hamstring strengthening and stretching exercises |
