| Summary, etc. | Renin-angiotensin system modulators (ACEIs, ARBs) are widely used in practice and possess a favorable toxicity profile. Increasing reports implicates the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in the pathogenesis of many chronic inflammatory and fibrotic disorders.
