Infantil hemangiomas (IH) comprise the majority of vascular anomalies and are considered the predominant vascular tumor type. Problematic hemangiomas require early and aggressive treatment for ideal functional and cosmetic outcomes. Propranolol is significantly superior to oral; prednisolone in inducing more rapid and greater clinical improvement of infantile hemangioma |
