Summary, etc. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common subtype of of Non-hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and can be divided into prognostically important subgroups with germinal center B-cell-like (GCB) and non-GCB subtypes either by using cDNA microarray or immunostains (CD10, BCL6, MUM1). Beyond genetic alterations, identification of novel epigenetic alterations, such as aberrant methylation may yield better diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic information
