| Summary, etc. | The evidence - based design is a practice that has emerged recently, inspired by the growing popularity of utilizing the evidence based approaches in other professions such as medicine, where these approaches have received a major attention in designing the healthcare sectors e.g., hospitals and healthcare facilities, then it was applied in a various types of architectural projects. This research identifies the history and the origins of the evidence - based practice and presents a modern methodology that could poses a set of innovative solutions for our local architectural issues in addition to enhancing the economic aspects, the users{u2019} behavior, and the built environment quality in event that if this methodology has been applied and incorporated into the current design process |
