| Summary, etc. | There is a large quantity of evidence on the effectiveness of dietary interventionsfor the treatment of obesity and overweight. Blood group Adiet with moderate aerobic exercise has a beneficial effect on weight reduction. Purpose:to determine effect of aerobic exercise and blood group (A) diet on weight reduction in obese women. Method:Forty obese womentheir age ranged from 40to 45 years old participated in this study. The practical work was recruited atoutpatient clinic of Al-Agouza Police hospital. They were assigned into two groups equal in number: Group A (study group) received blood group A diet(1200 Kcal) and aerobic exercise for 3 sessions per week for 12 week. Group B (control group) received caloric diet (1200 Kcal) and aerobic exercise for 3 sessions per week for 12 week.Weight, BMI and waist circumferencewas measuredbefore and after training program |
