Summary, etc. Wireless communication has developed greathy over the last years, thus the need to have a more effective wireless communication not only in terms of higher transmission rates but also in terms of the quality of service increases. Fading has a degradation effect on the performance of wireless communication. Spatial diversity is considered one of the most efficient techniques to overcome fading. Cooperative communication achieves spatial diversity and thus enhances the wireless communication systems performance. Cooperative communication descries strategies to transfer the data from the source to the destination by employing relay nodes between them
