| Summary, etc. | Obesity is a major health concern worldwide, contributing to increased morbidity and mortality. Accordingly, mesotherapy was originally conceived as a method of utilizing subcutaneous injections containing a mixture of treatment of localized obesity. One of the used compounds is phosphatidylcholine which is used for chemical lipolysis through local injections in order to enhance localized fat reduction. |
