Summary, etc. Polystyrene/graphite nanocomposite films of different filler content were prepared by solution mixing method. Electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of the samples were measured at room temperature. The results showed that the electrical behavior of Polystyrene/graphite nanocomposite samples can be described well by percolation theory. The electrical conductivity clearly exhibits an insulator-conductor transition at =0.03, the mechanical properties of their composites were tested. The highest degree of reinforcement is obtained for polystyrene loaded with =0.01 graphite contents. The experimental stress-strain results showed a good fitting with the general form proposed by manges and schmachtenberg. The tensile strenght data fit well on the failure envelope proposed by landel et al
