There was a statistical significance (P=0000) was found to exist between the carcinoma and the hyperplasia group as regarding the median level of serum ProGRPThe highest median of serum ProGRP level was observed in the untreated stage D group (49 pg / ml) This level was statistically significantly higher than that observed in all other groups with a P value of 0000Regarding the other marker CgA a highly significant difference (P=0002) between , the median value of CgA serum level in the begnin hyperplastic group and in the malignant group The highest median CgA level was observed in the untreated stage D groupComparison among groups revealed a significant difference between this group in one hand and all the other group in the other hand ; the median level of the begnin group (P=0000) , untreated stage B , C (P=0000) , treated stage B , C was (P=0002) and treated stage D (P=0001) |
