Summary, etc. This study was performed to investigate the topical effectiveness of acetazolamide, carvedilol and combination of them for glaucoma treatment as recently investigated. The aim of the study was to prepare combination of acetazolamide and carvedilol loaded niosomes as ocular drug delivery system to decrease side effect of both drugs when taken by oral route like water retention of Ý-blocker side effect .Sustained effect of gel noisomal gel combination as ocular drug delivery system all increase bioavailability and patient-compliance form eye drops, and gel, ensuring the appropriate release kinetics.Ex-vivo and in-vivo permeability and bioavailability were assessed in comparison with a solution of them and niosomes of each other alone
