Summary, etc. Background: Maintaining a mechanically efficient posture necessitates proper spine-pelvic alignment. In order to achieve sagittal symmetry, the trunk and pelvis must be aligned with the hip joint. In order to better analyze sagittal equilibrium, it is essential to determine spinal-pelvic parameters, which have been shown to have a close relationship. Pelvic incidence (PI), pelvic tilt (PT), and sacral slope (SS) are pelvic parameters, whereas lordosis and kyphosis angles are spinal parameters. To measure spinal and pelvic motion, lateral radiography of the spine and pelvis in the standing position is needed. Aim of the study: the study aimed to measure effect of open chain segmental control exercises versus closed chain segmental control exercises on spinopelvic angles in asymptomatic subjects, pre and post application. Subjects and Methods: Twenty eight asymptomatic subjects aged from 18-22 years and body mass index ranged from 19-33kg/m2 were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n=15) received open chain segmental control exercises for four weeks. Group B (n=13) received closed chain segmental control exercises for four weeks. X-Ray and Corel draw software were used to measure spinopelvic angles (pelvic tilt, pelvic incidence, sacral slope and lumbar lordosis) before and after treatment in both groups. Results: There was an increase in pelvic tilt angle in group "A" while there was an increase in pelvic incidence angle in group "B"
