Background and purpose : there is some question as to the efficacy of current physical therapy treatment approaches to hemiplegic cerebral palsy.until recently few major theoretical or therapeutic advances were available to provide a basise for the development of new interventions for children with hemipelgia.the puroose of this study was to establish whether constraint induced movement therapy had specific efficacy in management of upper extremity function in hemiplegic children.
