The knowledge of reproductiye medicine has expanded rapidly since the birth of louise brown , the first baby to be conceived by in vitro fertilization.Many methods have been described for the retrieval of oocytes.The embryo transfer process represents the culmination of in virto fertilization cycles.Blastocyst transfer would provide a better synchrony between the uterine endometrium and the embryo.The ICSI experience has allowed the fertilization rate to become considerably better.Cryopreservation allows stronge of supernumery embryos
