The present study aimed to use the musculoskeeletal stress markers (MSM) to reconstruet the habitual life activities of ancient Egyptian from Giza - old kingdom (2700 - 2190 BC) ; the period of pyramid builders.Statistical analysis of the muscloskeletal stress markers (MSM) showed no significant pattern of handedness
