Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Microbiology , Bacteriology , Mycology and Immunology Summary: A total of 50 samples were investigated to detect the occurrence of coliform among the collected water samples.It is clear that 45 out of 50 water samples were positive for coliforms with incidence of 90per'cent.The bacteriological examination of 50 water samples revealed that E.coli could be detected among the examined samples with an incidence of 28per'cent
