ABSTRACT The article focuses on the results of the study on the cultural bias of the universities in United Arab Emirates (UAE) when conducting an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) entrance examination. It states that students expressed feelings to different issues such as difficult questions, unfamiliar topics, and difficult vocabulary.
