It is necessary completely to study and appraise the electrical behavior of fluorescent lamp.Although fluorescent lamp circuits are,formally,simple,they are problematic because of the physical properties of the lamp.Fluorescent lamps have a special V-I characteristic.In contrast to the usual approach,flurescent lamp circuits are analyzed here not with the help of a linear model,but as non-linear systems
