This investigation includes phytochemical and biological studies on Sisymbrium irio L. it aimed to isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the plant apigenin, apigenin-7-O-B-D- glucoside, apigenin-7-O- galactoside, iuteolin-7-O- glucoside, and 3 other compounds of apigenin-7-O- glycoside were isolated from the aerial parts
